UPDATED: After contacting support again, they sent me a second replacement c-clip. This one seemed to weld much better and now the tilt I experienced before is almost imperceptible. The general build quality is good, consistent with other Vivo mounts I've had. Your customer service (both times) answered me quickly and I received the spare parts in no time. Their customer service is 5 stars in itself. Having to order TWO replacement C-frames I cannot justify a 5 star rating on the product, although I am happy now, particularly at how poor the first replacement C-frame was. (see original review and photo). I mount my monitor about 3 inches from the top of the pole, so a slight tilt is to be expected, but it's not as scary as it used to be. I would definitely recommend this product but I would caution you to check the parts you receive to make sure they are quality checked. This is the first time out of 3 that I have had a non 5 star experience from Vivo but I intend to buy from them again if I need something they have. FIRST CHECK: I have two other mounts from Vivo and they work great. But that's not so good. I couldn't screw the stand into the base with the first pack so I contacted Vivo for a replacement base. When the replacement base arrived, I noticed that the left side of the base wasn't "glued" well. I could clearly see a slight incline where the rod inserts into the base. On closer inspection, the entire left side is nowhere near level with the base (see fig.). I carefully fine-tuned it to see if everything would be fine, but when I set up my 24" monitor, there was a noticeable 20-30 degree tilt of the pole. Due to the sketchiness of the whole thing, I removed my monitor because it didn't seem like the mount would hold up. I give 2 stars because the customer service was good. I'll give them one more chance to submit the correct base and maybe I'll change the rating if all goes well. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a taller mount.
