Review on Autel Bluetooth Diagnoses Functions Diagnostic by Eddie Curd

This is a terrible product. I really doubt the number of reviews. I bought this product 6 months before opening it and now I regret it. I can't register it properly and it's not my phone, that's the problem, I've already confirmed it with the so-called customer service. I have an Android and I encourage people who are considering purchasing this item to PLEASE see the Play Store reviews before purchasing. The app has 2.2 stars from 96 people. The app sucks. Can't speak for Apple users, but GOOD LUCK anyway. I am unable to register this product although I have gone through the entire registration process with Autel customer service not once but twice and stopped the second time when they promised me they would email me a week ago with instructions on how to proceed fix the problem would send! I am also unable to update the firmware on this device and this may be only part of the problem. I spent $70 on this product just to use it as a basic OBD2 scanner which I could get on Amazon for $20 and it does exactly the same thing without all the glitches! I do not have access to ANY of the advanced features offered by this device due to the registration process. I also tried contacting support using the link in the product details WITH NO RESPOND FROM THE COMPANY! I really feel like I'm winking my hood with this one. NOT A GOOD FEELING. This is my second published review because my first HONEST published review was flagged as YOU KNOW HOW YOU KNOW WHO and disapproved. It really is unfair to rip off and ignore the poor when they are trying to get help with your product they have spent all their money on! When people are spending that much money, there really has to be the integrity of the company and the longevity of the products. We are all facing this virus during difficult times and companies making money during this time should appreciate it. I will contact the BBB if not contacted to resolve this issue.
