I first bought these in a small second, I have small wrists but when I received them the thumb hole was too tight. I just contacted the company and asked for an exchange. They just sent me a new larger size. Thank you for your customer service. After months of pain I bought this product to help wrist movement. I sit at the computer more than 7 hours a day and it is not easy to keep it in the right position. But as soon as I put this orthosis on, I realized that I hadn't just positioned my wrist incorrectly when sitting at the computer. This limits your mobility so you can see where your wrist is in the wrong position and try to correct it. It is comfortable to wear and easy to put on.
