Review on 💡 Alla Lighting S-HCR H8 H9 H11 LED Bulbs: 10000 Lumens Super Bright White Forward Lighting/Fog Lights by Justin Cranford

These bulbs may not be the brightest, but at least they are perfect for my H11 truck's low beam. To be honest, I don't think I'm going to need the "brightest lightbulbs" anytime soon. The Alla Lighting S-HCRs are more than adequate and can be annoyingly bright even on very dark roads, especially for overtakers. They offer great contrast and illuminate roads and highways at least 4-5 times brighter than any crappy Ford bulb. It's an interesting experience as each road reflector and marker lights up like a multicolored flashlight aimed at you. And having paired Alla Lighting low beam bulbs with LASFIT fog lights and matching high beams (specifically LASFIT 9140 72w fog lights and 9005 72w high beam bulbs), I can't imagine ever needing anything brighter. If you are considering getting brighter low beam Lumiled bulbs from LASFIT, they will not fit the 2018 F150 properly. LASFIT H11 low beam headlights have oversized base ribs that prevent them from seating properly in the headlight housing. However, LASFIT fog lights and high beam are sufficient. All I can say for reliability is that they have worked great for the past two months and over 2000 miles. In addition, the lamps did not cause flicker and required no adapters (including canbus, resistors or smoothing capacitors). They are practically plug and play. During installation I ran into a small problem: one of the bulbs was not securely connected to the factory connector on the drive side so I fixed that with zip ties. After hearing so many nightmarish stories of LED headlight bulbs melting/failing prematurely due to overheating, I made a pair of 3 inch fan shroud extensions (PET plastic sheet) to prevent the fans from blowing hot air back into the fan Circulate/blow cooler. The result was an overall temperature reduction of at least 40°C (measured after 30 minutes of use). Since the original dust covers could not be used, I also ordered some aftermarket products that have a hole for fans (search for "CAR ROVER Car ROVER Car Headlight Dust Cover for H1 H4 H7 H11 H13 9005 9006 9012 HID LED Conversion Kit" to Revane).
