The ease with which you can upload your resume directly into an application makes it easy! I love that we are able see who was looking at our resumes as well (which helps me know when someone will be calling). Sometimes there's lag time between uploading my file until showing up within their platform; this means sometimes they don't have access right away but still show backdated info from before submitting/uploading. Great way get new applicants out faster than just doing cold calls or posting ads online - saves us tons o money by not having recruiters spend hours contacting people through Facebook etc only tp find 1 person interested enought do work.
