Great platform when it comes finding good quality talent

I like that I can quickly see what my candidates are looking at in the application process. I also like that I can quickly see how they are doing in the process. I dislike that sometimes there are too many choices and sometimes there are to few. If you are looking for a tool that you can use to help you find candidates and also help you keep track of how they are doing in the process, this is the tool for you. Easy to use and quick response for employees

The ease with which you can upload your resume directly into an application makes it easy! I love that we are able see who was looking at our resumes as well (which helps me know when someone will be calling). Sometimes there's lag time between uploading my file until showing up within their platform; this means sometimes they don't have access right away but still show backdated info from before submitting/uploading. Great way get new applicants out faster than just doing cold calls or posting

Excellent customer support and helpful team

The ease with which we can customize our screens makes it easy enough that even those without any HTML experience could get up speed very fast! I wish there was more flexibility around what fields you are able pull from your database/searchable databases (ie only pulling certain parts or all). We used this product as an ATS solution within my organization but also had many clients using their platform across multiple states so being flexible when working outside one's own state would be great…

  • Easy way for non technical people in marketing, sales etc..to easily create custom websites quickly & effectively through templates already designed specifically geared towards each industry type.and most importantly extremely affordable pricing is always available!!! :) A+ service provided bms inc., thank u again guys keep doing ur thing !:) cheers yall
