I dislike that sometimes there are too many choices and sometimes there are to few. If you are looking for a tool that you can use to help you find candidates and also help you keep track of how they are doing in the process, this is the tool for you. This is a great tool for me to use in my recruiting process. It helps me find great candidates and helps me keep track of them.
