I like that they are flexible with scheduling - great for us! They know our business well enough so we never have any problems getting work done or questions answered quickly when needed (even during off hours). There is nothing really bad about this agency at all but perhaps if you're looking more towards long term employment than just quick temp assignments then maybe look elsewhere? We were in search of an excellent temporary placement service as far less time commitment goes along way compared to other agencies out there. I like that they are very thorough in their background checks. They also have great reviews from other companies and past employers. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it can take a while for them to get back to you about an offer or interview request. I would highly recommend Inficare! They did a good job in getting me hired with my current employer. Their process was easy and straightforward.
