I make a LOT of purchases on Best Buy and have never given a negative review as I don't like to do that; however, after realizing how much I rely on the reviews of other individuals to make my own purchases, I decided I would send in my review for this purchase so that others will be aware of what I experienced. I bought 8 pairs of the gloves and shoe laces as Christmas gifts for my grandkids. I had tested them all prior to wrapping them and all appeared to work but one. I had contacted seller asking if they could send a replacement ASAP because this was a gift and I needed it for Christmas which was only a few days away from when I received the gloves and laces. My first issue is that I received NO RESPONSE back to my request for a replacement glove. The second issue was that once my grandkids opened them and actually started wearing them, several of them weren't working properly on that very 1st day they wore them. On some of them, only 1 or 2 of the settings actually worked, and some of them stopped working altogether. Several of my grandkids were very frustrated and disappointed, as was I. I would not recommend purchasing this item, especially if you intend to give it as a gift. I can completely understand when something doesn't work right, it happens.but what I don't understand is the lack of response from the seller. Very disappointing that they weren't willing to try and make things right when initially all I had asked for was one replacement of the one that wasn't originally working when I received them.but then after the kids actually started trying to use them on Christmas day and we found several issues with several pair, I should have just returned everything, but opted not to take them from my grandkids. Fortunately we had several other gifts for each child so we were able to point their attention to other gifts, but the fact still remains, I should have returned these gloves for a full refund when the seller didn't respond back to my request.
