I ordered these a while ago as a future replacement for my Grand Cherokee and when that time came they worked great for a couple of months. After those few months, they began to graze and not completely clear the water from the windshield. I was going to throw them in the trash and replace them with some branded ones, but I wanted to contact the company first. I told them about my problem and they sent a replacement. I may have missed the quality of the product in my pair so will try again and update my review when they arrive. Customer support was excellent.
