I couldn't get the latches to "snap" on the bar. I bought a Harley backrest and it "snapped" into place without having to adjust the bracket. I have a detachable travel backpack that also needs to fit the 4 point harness so I didn't want to adjust the handlebar mount and risk the travel backpack not fitting or me fiddling with it. Bracket and rod to make it work. The chrome was comparable to a Harley handlebar, but the welds and overall handlebar construction weren't as good. The back cushion is of good quality. The stitching was good but the material felt a bit flimsy so I don't know how well it will hold up. You may have to flex the handlebars a bit and adjust the mount to make it work on your bike, but given the "close enough" quality of the Harley backrest, it's a third the cost of a Harley and the ease to go back to Revain, if that doesn't work I'd recommend trying it.
