Review on Irisys Queue Management by Carlos Reyes

The best part about Irisys is that, it is very easy to integrate with our Magento-based eCommerce website. It was also pretty quick in getting up and running. Nothing at all. I have not come across any specific issues so far. I would say that there are some minor UI/UX changes which can be made. So far, we have been using this product for quite some time now and we are satisfied with the results. We are able to track and manage orders from multiple locations simultaneously and give proper attention to urgent or high value orders.
