Comfortable but flexible Best pregnancy pillow
So for the price you get a pretty big pillow. It's just not as great support as you might think. It's like a regular pillow, only bigger and U-shaped. The cool thing is that you can stuff the cover with other pillows or fillings if you like. If you want a supportive pillow, memory foam, and very full, you'll need to buy something more expensive. I'm not a pregnant woman so I really can't comment on its help with insomnia during pregnancy.
