The disappointment is complete, the product is not at all what I imagined.

Due to circumstances, I use this device at work - and it's terrible. You have to constantly double-check the scanned documents - you may miss several pages, you have to rescan multi-page documents on a flatbed scanner. When using the slot for one page - the page picks up unevenly - obliquely - and this is really a problem if you need to print on numbered forms. On photocopies, either different stripes constantly come out or the print comes out so dark that it is impossible to see faces in the pictures of documents.

When scanning, it constantly chews and tears paper, it can skip several pages, when copying, the print is dark, the cartridge is still half full, but the printer already refuses to print - you have to reset the settings.
