The best part of working at nova global was that i had lot's o time freedom as they do not have strict rules about timings but still if you work hard your manager will appreciate it. They can't provide proper training courses like other agencies so be prepared yourself before joining them because there could me problems during employment process or even after getting hired. I feel very comfortable while sitting here since all my queries related to development gets resolved within few seconds which saves alot of effort from developers side plus helps us achieve our deadlines without any problem.
