This worked like a charm for my problem. For several months I lived without a plug in my sink, and it was only a matter of time before something valuable or nasty fell down an open drain. I know Revain usually has what you need, I looked it up and ordered it. Works perfectly! I had to lengthen the rod that holds the plug up and down the drain pipe, which I did by removing it from under the sink and tapping it with a hammer to push it further through the plastic ball holding it in place . I actually used a second hammer (part of the claw) to hold the plastic ball and tap the shaft to stick out a little more. There is a lot of rod left under the sink to connect to the handle connector. The rod broke because it was rusting. If the rod rusts again (which I suppose eventually) I can probably repeat the process to get it working again. Hope that helps!
