At almost fifty dollars ($50) it's no deal - even if there was effective quality control and I didn't get a bread bin with a dent on the right side. My suggestion when ordering and receiving the product: upon delivery, remove the lid and look at the container. The sides/edges must be rectangles (no dents) and the sides must not make a slapping sound when touched (they must not "move"). ; look at the lid too. I'm literally stuck on this product given the quarantine, shipping and delivery issues, and I'm grateful to have received the lunch box in the middle of a pandemic (as it's very important for food storage). Upon further inspection and changing the lighting and angle, the right side of the lid handle is also on top of the dent (the lid is positioned differently and there is no hope of flexing or "pushing out" the dent). In other circumstances I would return this item. Good luck, stay safe.
