Review on Qudini by Anferny Pineda

The ease of use within this platform is great - it's so simple! I love using all aspects (incl Customer Service), but especially Queue management has been amazing in terms scheduling appointments as well managing customers waiting times at checkouts etc!! It makes our lives easier when dealing from an end customer viewpoint.

Nothing really comes up against anything other than maybe how quick you can get things out there via social media- which doesn't need too much explanation because we've used many platforms like Twitter & Facebook already anyway :). Also would be good if they had more mobile apps available such us WhatsApp or WeChat could make life simpler even further! Great software overall though :).
