The ease of use within this platform is great - it's so simple! I like the ability to schedule appointments in advance as well as being able to view all of them at once. The interface is very simple but not too easy either. It's also nice having it be mobile friendly so you can access your information anywhere! There are some features which aren't fully developed or have bugs yet. The software allows me as an admin user so much more control over my staff's tasks than if they were all doing them manually in Excel or Google Doc etc., It also helps keep track of stock levels which has been very helpful when adding new products into our store (and keeping things organized).
