I bought this headset about 3 weeks ago and have been using it every few days. It has amazing sound quality and is loud at maximum volume. I love how good it sounds and how easy it is to use. However, after about 2 weeks of use, I noticed that the left auricle had a slight kink in the hinge. I sent it back because it didn't really immerse me in the game. I play competitive Rainbow Six Siege and wanted my headset to fully cover my ears. Got the headset back same quality as mine (used, like new) and it worked great for about a week. I've only used it once or twice and sometimes when I'm getting mad at a game I'll take off my headset and just walk around (it helps cool me down). Well, I wanted to do the same today. I took it off and put it on my bed. I take care of my stuff, so I put it off pretty easily. I had my MacBook on the bed and just put it on it a bit. I did this by holding it by the earcup, which I don't think is the best place to pick it up, but I didn't think it would break. And as you can see, this is a one star rating because the hinge literally broke. I am very disappointed with this headset. I guess it was my fault but damn it's a loop and it shouldn't be cheap plastic. I am returning this headset with either no hinge or all metal. This really disappoints me because it's a really good headset, but if they took the time to put in a better loop I'd be a pretty happy camper.
