First wireless gaming experience!

This is my first purchase of a real gaming headset. I used to have an Xbox stereo headset but it was weak and not good enough so I had to give it up. Razer has a direct wireless connection to the Xbox, so there's no more cable clutter. The build quality is excellent and the sound is amazing. I use them with Dolby Atmos on my Xbox and the surround sound is pretty good. It also comes with a cute little retractable microphone that has a red indicator when muted. I don't play many online gamesโ€ฆ

Amazing sound quality very poor durability

I bought this headset about 3 weeks ago and have been using it every few days. It has amazing sound quality and is loud at maximum volume. I love how good it sounds and how easy it is to use. However, after about 2 weeks of use, I noticed that the left auricle had a slight kink in the hinge. I sent it back because it didn't really immerse me in the game. I play competitive Rainbow Six Siege and wanted my headset to fully cover my ears. Got the headset back same quality as mine (used, like new)โ€ฆ

I can say that the sound is amazing with Windows Sonic (a little "blurry ")

Bye.after 96 hours. first the sound. I can say that the sound is amazing (a bit "blurry") when using Windows Sonic. But it's even better to use the Dolby Atmos add-on ($15 and about 20% better audio separation). Since these are headphones, everything sounds "closer" than with my 7.1 home cinema system. Side-to-side and front-to-back sound isolation is actually very good. When I was playing Skyrim my partner was behind me whispering something to me and I was actually looking over my rightโ€ฆ

Razer Thresher for Xbox One - Rating 4.5 Stars

I purchased this headset in November '18 and have been very happy with it so far. I'm a casual gamer (about 1-2 hours a night after work), I've done a lot of research on headsets and I'm happy with the Razer. Pros: I also needed the ability to control game and chat volume. how to easily switch off so I stop telling my friends to be better at games. The volume/mic controls on the headset are easy to get used to, and the first charge lasted over 12 hours of gaming. Headset sync works the same asโ€ฆ
