Elite Screens makes no guarantees!

We have used it less than a couple of times and the mechanism no longer works. Elite Screens does not honor the warranty. Stay away from companies that don't deliver on their promises.

Avoid at All Costs Good for TV and Video

This is a terrible product and even worse seller! The screen just didn't work after installation and I immediately made a refund request. I called the person on the number printed on the return label and he didn't even have a clue about the RA reference number I gave him. Also, he was very rude and asked me why the product wasn't working as if I was a technical expert in the field. And why should I pay for the return of defective devices?!

Very happy with projection screens

I bought this screen because it was motorized, had a 12" black drop down and could be both ceiling and wall mounted. The screen was packaged very well and the package was easy to open with no problems All the necessary hardware for installation was included I installed the screen on the ceiling using the hardware provided (nothing else needed) It really took two of us to fix it Screen in the bracket, not because of the weight but because of the size. The screen works well, unfolds very well…

Bait and Switch Best in TV & Video

So I chose the screen mainly because of the price but also because it is said to be adjustable. People here have spoken in their reviews and also answered questions about the possibility of using a 5/32 hex key to adjust the screen's drop height. This was very important to me because they had a huge 12 inch black spot across the screen (I have no idea why they do this, it looks awful and no one needs it). The screen came 3 weeks after my purchase. I opened it after 6 days and hung the screen…

Acoustically Clearer 125 "

This review is for those considering purchasing an Acoustically Clear 125" Elite Spectrum. My screen is mounted on the ceiling in front of my 65 inch TV, center channel and audio system. The audio device display can be seen through the screen even when the screen is dimmed. The light from my projector penetrates the acoustically transparent screen and hits everything behind it. My walls are a light color so this affects the contrast a lot. I had an old Elite 1.1 Gain Vmax screen and never had…

Cons
  • Not the Best

The picture quality on this screen is excellent and works well with my new Epson Home Cinema 4010 4K projector. In general, it looks pretty bright with no graininess. I particularly like the installation flexibility with the extendable mounts, as the stands in your wall may not be exactly centered on the screen, and I prefer to install in stands rather than drywall for stability. It would be even better if the sliding mounts could be locked, but in general the weight of the screen seems to keep

Cons
  • I vaguely remember

If you can do without a cheap remote, short power cord and requirement, shipped by a crappy carrier ($70 shipping). to become. which charges after purchase regardless of Prime) is an amazing screen! First bad: remote sucks. It's cheaply made and has buttons that aren't even associated with anything (it's a generic third-party remote). Only the UP/DOWN/STOP buttons do anything (and that's okay, since that's all you have to do). You need to point it directly - and I mean DIRECTLY - towards the…

Broken plastic and some waves but overall very good.

I bought the 125" version with Spectrum Tension Liner. First the negatives. The screen has multiple ripples at the bottom after being pulled down. I quickly found that if I pinched my fingers around the bottom edge on either side of the screen and slid my fingers sideways a few times, the ripples disappeared. This would be a deal breaker if I didn't find an easy fix. Once you've seen them, you can't lose sight of them. It's annoying to do it every time, but it's not the end of the world. The…
