Review on 🏋️ Kinesio Taping Tex Gold FP - Beige - Elastic Therapeutic Athletic Tape, 2" x 13 ft by James Naylor

In the last few months I have bought 2 brands of tape: Kinesio and Spartan. My father and I use cassettes every day. Both bands are good for pain relief. Below are some of my results after using both bands. Kinesio: It's more expensive than Spartan, especially since I have to use fairly long tapes every day. It cost a lot. However, I like the design of the box, which is very convenient as there is a gap on the side of the box for threading the tape. Ribbons do not need to be removed from the box. Even after I switched to Spartan, I keep the box and put new bands in it for ease of use. Spartan: It seems to be a bit thicker than Kinesio. Works better in water resistance than Kinesio. The reason I gave Spartana one star less is because my dad is allergic to tape and not kinesio.
