Beige tape is peeling off

My physical therapist recommended kinesiotape for my knee problem. In our session, she used a pink ribbon, which she didn't have at the time. It stayed perfect for a week despite bathing, swimming and everything else. In the meantime I bought a roll of this beige tape thinking it wouldn't be as visible as the lighter colored alternatives. It did NOT stay more than a day despite trying several times. When I spoke to my patient about this, she said that she and her colleagues noticed the beige…

For Kinetic Taping you will need the following:

I have a picky physical therapist and professional taping has greatly reduced my back pain. The therapist told me that the brand of tape you use affects its effectiveness. That's the brand, exactly the one she uses. When I stop having occupational therapy, my friend will put my tape on, so I took this tape to use. I've been sporting this look for a few weeks now (change it up and keep a close eye on my skin) and I'm impressed. Holds up incredibly well. Despite the shower and sweat, not even the

However, I like the design of the box, which is very convenient because

In the last few months I have bought 2 brands of tape: Kinesio and Spartan. My father and I use cassettes every day. Both bands are good for pain relief. Below are some of my results after using both bands. Kinesio: It's more expensive than Spartan, especially since I have to use fairly long tapes every day. It cost a lot. However, I like the design of the box, which is very convenient as there is a gap on the side of the box for threading the tape. Ribbons do not need to be removed from the…

This works very well for me.

I finished a box of Kinesio classics and decided to try them. Both have given me a little extra support and comfort at work. I had my thumb joint "realigned" and the physiotherapist taught me the classic method and how to apply it to my wrist. (When I use it, my wrist doesn't experience acupressure after lifting weights). I think I'm applying it better now so I'm not sure if it's holding up better. -- When it came loose, it was usually because I've recently applied hand lotion so my fingers get

The best band I've found, although not perfect.

In the last six weeks I have used three brands of kinesiology tape: KT Tape Pro, Rock Tape and Kinesio Tex Gold. Each of these products has strengths and weaknesses. KT Tape Pro is the easiest to apply as it is pre-perforated into convenient lengths that are easy to remove from the roll. Unfortunately, the KT Tape Pro adhesive was the least satisfactory and usually peels off prematurely. Kinesio Tex Gold does not come pre-cut, but the backing sheet on the back of the tape is marked for a…

The best kinesiology tapes!

A few years ago, prior to knee surgery, my physical therapist used kinesio tape on my knees. Recently, when one of the surgeries didn't go well and is still bothering me 8 years later, I decided to have my 'affected' knee bandaged to see if that would help with the pain. Not sure which would be the best, I bought three different brands. Everything helps a lot to relieve my artificial joint. Unfortunately, while all brands claimed their product would last a week, I found that only Kinesio Tex…

I purchased this huge roll of K-Tape after my PT recommended it. She said this brand in BLACK sticks best to areas of the body where K-Tape can fall off more easily, such as areas where the tape needs to be contoured and go over areas like the ankle, under the foot, etc. K-Tape for LYMPHEDEMA and it works VERY well! It causes a dramatic improvement in my leg, foot, ankle, leg and hip swelling. For lymphedema, I cut the tape into strips, leaving an area at one end where all the strips connect…
