I have a picky physical therapist and professional taping has greatly reduced my back pain. The therapist told me that the brand of tape you use affects its effectiveness. That's the brand, exactly the one she uses. When I stop having occupational therapy, my friend will put my tape on, so I took this tape to use. I've been sporting this look for a few weeks now (change it up and keep a close eye on my skin) and I'm impressed. Holds up incredibly well. Despite the shower and sweat, not even the edge came off. It does a very helpful job of relieving my pain. A few years ago I tried another brand and it wasn't nearly as good as this one, it came off and didn't give long lasting pain relief.
