Sprayer Hose threads are smaller than where they are installed in valve body

This product was obviously packaged with parts that were never checked to see if they assemble. It left me having to run to Home Depot to get a faucet that was a complete ready to install kit. I saw other reviews with issues about the sprayer nozzle but how can something be packaged with parts that are not meant to work together. The flexible sprayer hose screw threads were about an 1/8" smaller in diameter than the hole they screw into so it could not be assembled or used. This ruined my day…

Beautiful, Functional and Well Made

This faucet set came with everything needed for the install except hand tools (of course). Even white gloves.Water lines are metal flex as shown on item details. This makes these lines easily flexed without worries of kinking.The spray nozzle is a press button (pictured) that clicks to turn on. Make sure to turn off and on while water is on. Turn off the sprayer after use!

I love this faucet, it goes perfectly with our new sink after renovating the kitchen. My only advice is when you finish using the sprayer, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TURN IT OFF! My brother in law assumed it would automatically switch back to the faucet when he turned off the water. So the next time he turned on the sink, the sprayer shot water in his face! While hilarious, it wasn't fun to clean up the kitchen after.

Cheap Plastic Part Ruins Entire Package.

The sprayer control is plastic and very hard to install. Vague instructions further complicated installation. (Is a rubber seal a washer?) I got the thing installed, but lack confidence that the plastic part controlling the sprayer will last very long. We’ll see. If it does last, we’ll be happy. It is an attractive fixture (the brass part).

Fails easily, cannot be repaired, no parts, overpriced

Kingston Brass is not the manufacturer, just a distributor of grossly overpriced junk. This kitchen faucet lost (ruined) it's O-Ring at the base of the spout within 5 years. Company offers no assistance with maintaining the unit. Would not even measure the O-Ring in question and refused to assist with finding a replacement. Just a worthless company importing Taiwanese crap. A 25 cent O-ring failed, and one has to buy a whole new faucet because O-Ring is non-standard. Overpriced merchandise…

Lovely Faucet, Great Customer Service

This lovely faucet arrived beautifully packaged. We had a plumber install it, and the faucet looked great in our farmhouse style kitchen. There was a problem with the sprayer/sprayer hose, but the seller resolved the issue quickly and efficiently - Seller communication was excellent!

Love everything about this but you must be careful with the sprayer .push to come on and great water pressure but you must remember to push again to turn it off before returning to its hole

Nice packaging and looks good.

Had it installed by a plumber. It initially leaked out of the middle of the unit, but it stopped and has been great ever since. Looks nice and works great.

EXCELLENT FAUCET -DIRECTIONS SUCK!

This is a gorgeous faucet. It is NOT low flow which is exactly what I wanted! Great water flow! There are very little directions. Does not tell you there’s an emblem on the front so my hubby installed it backwards and then had to do it all again! Very frustrating! The sprayer stays on with one push of the button so you don’t have to hold it. This is a quality metal faucet and the finish does NOT show water spots! The sprayer gets HOT

Just FYI. If you plan to buy this and have children at home, be careful. When holding the sprayer to spray hot water, the sprayer itself gets very hot. If I plan to spray hot water. I have to use something to hold it. Other than that, it works.

Good look, good value, but sprayer leaks after turning the faucet off. probably ok if you have hard countertops but it is no good for butcher block

Beautiful faucet for my opinion

I love this faucet! It’s beautiful and perfect for my sink. The only reason it got 4 stars is because of the lack of instructions, my sprayer had a little scuff on it(not a huge deal since it’s on the back and not super noticeable), and you cannot have the water on hot with the sprayer as it will burn your hand. Other than that, I love it! It’s beautiful!

Parts missing for my opinion

Love the look and seems like good quality, but my box is missing the side sprayer. Have tried to contact Revain and manufacturer. No response. really want to install but it looks like I may have to return. Cant even find a replacement the same style.

This is a great faucet very heavy duty great water flow took less then thirty minutes to install. Come with everything you need to install it my wife is very pleased with it all parts are brass to including the nuts

Show-stopper on my review.

After researching so many different faucets on here, and even sending one back because of leaking issues, we finally found a good one. This is beautiful in real life, and works well. You don't have to turn it on high though, it's not a water saver faucet for sure. It comes out fast if you turn the handles on the whole way.

Received an previously opened box! Missing a part, and it leaks.

The fact it was open, mixing parts, and one part is stripped or never fit right from someone bending hard to tell. The gold finish may be difficult to clean and maintain!

The base is not big enough to cover a standard sink with holes from manufactures.

I received as a gift. The faucet where the handles go thro the sink holes was to small and did not completely cover the sink holes. Since the old faucet I took out was in dire need of being replaced I had no choice at this point but to caulk a wide bead around the base to keep water from going through. This is a beautiful faucet otherwise. I guess I am going to have to shop now to replace this.
