not to tear not waterproof at all
not waterproof at all! the liner is really great, except for this moment. It's matte, applies very easily, doesn't clump when you reapply, but if your eye is even slightly watery, get ready to have a complete mess on your face. Mascara also flies off after a few hours. I really expected it to be good, but there's a lot of room for improvement.
