Excellent stretch and adhesion. No harm to skin. This tape is at the best price. I found it stretches very well with excellent adhesion. Easy to cut, easy to use. Since I play soccer every week, this band is very helpful to protect my knees and feet. I replaced my KT brand tape with this type. This cotton tape is more convenient to stick and less tight when used. It damages the skin less than synthetic fiber tapes. When I tried to remove it it left no marks on my skin. No harm to skin.
