Review on πŸ”ͺ Gemini Junior Twin-Function Cutter & Embosser: Portable Die Cutting and Embossing Machine, White by Kristen Reid

Revainrating 5 out of 5

For me the price is worth it!

, I was so happy to receive my new punch. I make handmade greeting cards to sell on Etsy so I use a die cutter every day. My standard crank machine didn't cut any thinner dies, so after much research I bit down on the cost and settled on this Gemini. It was well packed in a crate in a crate and in a crate with no damage. Please read all instructions before you start getting all the inserts in the right order for a good cut. Always place the punch upside down and the paper on top if necessary. I used a metal spacer for the intricate die cuts and wow they turned out perfect. I'm so happy with this car. It cuts great, no more twisting of the handle (my hands thank me). It easily cuts 3 layers of cardboard and is easy to use. Yes, there are some new stamps and an embossing folder. an example of the delicate carving he can do with ease. Update 3/2018 - still love this car. Except the plastic seal didn't last long. It quickly deformed, and even turning it over with each use didn't help. The warping causes the entire stack of tiles to have a crease/hump in the middle which then causes the cards to slide off the cube before I can put them into the machine. Now I have to buy a new one and see they cost $15.00.

Pros
  • Special features: Pause and rewind function for a perfect cut
