So I bought these thinking they would help with overall body fat reduction. On the bottle itself, it is sold as if the percentage of fat in the abdomen would go down. The truth is you can't exactly reduce. But whatever, I'm very disappointed in them. They didn't do the job they promised on fat loss. Again, I didn't just rely on one particular area because that's impossible. They don't work and frankly I'm upset because I wasted my money on a stupid product.
