A total of 3 stars due to a misleading product description. You might think you're getting a device that's 14 inches deep, but it's 12 inches. It now fits perfectly on a shelf in my overhead closet, but my large bags don't lie entirely flat and some curl up on the sides. The rags have caused some of the bags to crumple and I'm hoping layering will reduce that. It's a lightweight canvas with thin plastic windows that close. Overall I'm happy with the storage system and it looks great when paired with hanging storage in the same cabinet.
