Was on sale otherwise I would have given 3 stars. In general, it is suitable for my purposes. I really like the thumb holes on the cuffs. It keeps your hands warm like you're wearing fingerless gloves. The jacket is quite comfortable and fits well. I don't care how it feels - it's not very soft, but maybe that's why it repels water better. Other problems are that the phone holder is standard and big cellphones don't fit; and the zippers are very difficult to use. I consider zippers to be VERY poor quality and expect them to be a point of failure. Plastic and difficult to close without snagging. For the price paid I am still satisfied.
