The one I received came with a grease nipple (zerk fitting) that I had to install in a pre-drilled hole on the bottom of the ball joint (7mm wrench or end head). or a small adjustable wrench to install a grease fitting). If you received one of these, you MUST lubricate the ball joint after installation and before riding. If you receive a ball joint version without a pre-drilled grease fitting hole, no lubrication is required as this is a permanent seal ball joint that is pre-lubricated during assembly. It even includes a cotter pin for the ball joint castellated nut. A medium-sized wrench can easily replace these control arms, and videos with vehicle-specific replacement instructions are available on YouTube.
