Great idea. The pillow is firm enough to hold its shape. There's some sort of plastic thing inside that clicks when you move it (yuck, like knuckles), keeping it in place. The strap can be used to attach to your carry-on or you can thread a carabiner through it. The phone holder rotates to your liking and has small fold-out feet to keep your phone from slipping out when you stand upright. I found the maximum distance from my face I could use was 12 inches. Another six inches long would be ideal, but that's fine. For me, I found the part that goes behind my neck a bit bulky. It's completely full and doesn't move or squish like some of the ones you see at the airport. I wish there was a way to remove some of the filling. I assume it will compress some of them when used. It seems very durable and I expect it to last a long time. The plastic bag it came in gave the product an odor and I had to air it out a bit before trying it. This is a spot cleaning only.
