What you need: Nerves of steel, 4 arms and a magnifying glass. Of course, this isn't the design I'd expect from a replacement and while I'm only interested in the 3R I'm not sure it's worth it in this case. My best advice: I accidentally magnetized the part with my randomly magnetized screwdriver, and that seems to have helped keep the blades from blowing in the wind. Oh, and work on the big white sheet of paper. After installation it works as it should. Much luck!
