I am 5'4 148 ordered a small in the end . After reading the reviews I ordered a medium originally and it was too big and I don't have a tiny waist so it was just wasn't going to waist train like I wanted. I returned and down sized and got a small, very pleased with this purchase and can comfortably work out in it too. I also, purchased the long torso even though I don't have a long torso so it would cover me more in my pelvic area, below my hip bones.
