I am 5'4 148 ordered a small in the end . After reading the reviews I ordered a medium originally and it was too big and I don't have a tiny waist so it was just wasn't going to waist train like I wanted. I returned and down sized and got a small, very pleased with this purchase and can comfortably work out in it too. I also, purchased the long torso even though I don't have a long torso so it would cover me more in my pelvic area, below my hip bones.

This is seen nicely, has tons of support, seems very strong and sturdy. I bought a medium based on reviews even though the size chart suggested a large. It was hard to get hooked but feels perfect on. Is the perfect length for my torso, so I plan on buying a 2nd one. This is the 1st one out of 4 different corsets that I can say I’m happy with.

I am impressed with this waist trainer/support. I bought the one with the elastic support bands that run horizontally to the vertical "boning”. The size chart said to measure about 1” above the belly button to use with their size chart for ordering. I measured 1.5” larger than what the small recommended. Still, I ordered the small. I definitely could have gone with the medium like it said I should however, after having my 16 year old wear it for an hour on the second set of hooks, it had stretched enough for me to squeeze into it on the first set of hooks.
