Seems quality control is an issue. I purchased the 16' extension pole with click-lock (per description), and the product arrived with the hole where the button would be empty - ZIP, so the Ettore tips (squeegee, mop) that arrived with the pole won't stay on. I got this rug after someone recommended the Loloi brand to me. I have a pet so anything shag, high pile, or loosely woven just won't work for cleaning/maintenance. I bought this dress for spring picture day/class pictures- I’m a kindergarten teacher. The pattern is cute, the style is cute, overall it seems like it would be a great dress. However, it was too loose in the waist. I typically wear a medium in dresses and tshirt or a size 6 in dresses with that type of sizing.
