So much to like & value from this light box. At the time change I noticed I was struggling to adapt. So sluggish & no joy. Was changing to a 4am wake time.uggg. After 2 days, I noticed a difference.Huge! Mood, energy & sleep all improved. I was so shocked & then regretful that I hadn't tried earlier in time of struggle. Buy it & light up your days.
