Wow! So, so, so glad I ordered this set! For $7 I got 39 spools of thread in a beautiful rainbow color palette! I have hand sewn many small plush and felt animals and there isn't a single shade of fabric or felt I have that can't be precisely matched to the colors in this set! I live in the middle of nowhere in northern Minnesota, and while we are fortunate to have a craft store, I can't even imagine how much I would spend to purchase such a variety of flowers. Also, delivery usually takes longer (looks like we still use sled dogs for deliveries in the snowy northern woods). But I ordered this set on Monday at 3am and received it on Tuesday at 4pm! Ah, the delights of Revane Prime! Anyway, I can only agree with the reviewers who docked sprockets to spools "not enough thread". As a child and teenager I used my handy sewing machine to knit many great dresses, clothes and suits, but now I find more relaxed enjoyment in small, hand-sewn projects. I understand that some projects require a spool or two with a large amount of yarn, but that's not what this product is about. There's nothing to deceive in quantity, colors or footage. For about $0.20 per spool, you get a pretty decent amount of yarn in 39 different colors. If you're looking for spools with an insane amount of yarn, spend $3-4 per spool and be happy. I don't understand why people have unrealistic expectations for certain great things in Revain. Even with half the footage on these reels, I'd be happy. You don't get anything for free, it's already a lot of threads with a modern palette of skin and pastel tones. Just because you can't make a bridesmaid dress out of a single spool of this yarn doesn't mean it isn't a great product at an amazing price. Errr, and not to mention free and fast shipping?
