The ability to pull in all your different sources into one place for analysis was really helpful! We were able to find insights about our customers across multiple channels which led us to make changes with more confidence than we would have been comfortable making without it. I wish there had been an option to see how many people are using each feature within my account so that I could prioritize what features need attention first. This has helped me understand where most users spend time when they use Gooddata's services as well as identify areas needing improvement or additional resources needed by certain groups.
