Great platform that is always evolving and improving

The ability to have all your data in one place with good reporting tools makes it very easy for our team members who are spread across multiple locations to access information quickly! Nothing really - not enough integrations yet but we're working hard towards adding more so this can be solved by using another product like Pardot or Hubspot instead? We use GD as an integration tool between Salesforce & Marketo which allows us to pull together customer info from both platforms into 1 dashboard…

Visual Process Analysis tool where employees and managers are satisfied

The ability to visualize your own business processes in an easy way for everyone involved with them (managers/employees).It's really hard sometimes when you have several different views about some process or other so it can be difficult if someone has not been working there long enough as they don't know all aspects yet! Sometimes I am able see what needs attention but then cannot do anything because others might need more information first before i'm allowed access etc.. So this could take…

Excellent tool and service - loved learning from their reports

The ability to pull in all your different sources into one place for analysis was really helpful! We were able to find insights about our customers across multiple channels which led us to make changes with more confidence than we would have been comfortable making without it. I wish there had been an option to see how many people are using each feature within my account so that I could prioritize what features need attention first.
