Review on GoodData by Mark Green

The ability to visualize your own business processes in an easy way for everyone involved with them (managers/employees).It's really hard sometimes when you have several different views about some process or other so it can be difficult if someone has not been working there long enough as they don't know all aspects yet! Sometimes I am able see what needs attention but then cannot do anything because others might need more information first before i'm allowed access etc..

So this could take longer than expected which isn’t good especially since my manager will get impatient waiting around while doing something else!!
