Good product and design. I like the pen and the fan shaped scratch head. I've had a telescoping back scraper before, so I'm comparing that to previous experiences. If you use this regularly (as I like to do!) I wouldn't recommend fully retracting it when scraping. In this case, the joints / joints are weakened by the exerted "bending pressure" even without great effort and wear out faster. Just roll it up a few inches before using, which should still give enough length. I can already say that this one will do the same as my previous one. It's a bit stronger but I think one of them could be done better.
