Review on MailArchiva by Josh Goldsmith

The product has been very helpful in our organization's capacity to archive emails from multiple sources (both internal as well external). It does not have any user interface issues, it works perfectly fine with all versions of Microsoft Windows OSes including windows XP/7 etc. We are using this software since 3 years now without facing even minor issue or downtime while working offline. I would say that there should be an option available where we can set time limit before deleting archived mails which will help us save some data space too along with mailboxes being deleted automatically after certain period if no action taken by admin itself. This helps me reduce my storage requirements quite significantly at times when i need more disk-space than what i am allowed within limits provided by ISP provider.
