Very useful for any cloud native stack like GKE or AKS - you do not have your own toolset but can leverage those from 3rd party providers. Great support through slack channel with fast response times even during off hours is great! No cons that I know about if it's well used by companies which are using multiple services as part of their infrastructure offering (like AWS/ Azure). If your organization uses more than one PaaSRM service integration would be easier via external solutions e.g. Github actions etc., instead of having two separate integrations setup per provider where possible use single github action solution such as GitHub Action / YAML Pipeline format. Also this will save some money since 2nd level customer Support should only handle 1stlevel issues anyways so focus less resources on resolving minor problems rather than creating custom workarounds everytime there's an issue reported against our product. The ability for me as an engineer to be able to see what's going wrong or where we need help is great. It has been really easy to get started with using it since their documentation is very clear and concise. I think that they could add more resources around getting your own instance set up correctly so you can have some confidence when things go awry. We are solving issues related to our infrastructure by being able to easily monitor all components from one place.
