Very shiny! The perfect skirt for my daughter's butterfly costume!
Excellent skirt. I liked the quality and the shine. The skirt runs a little big, although my 2 year old daughter wears a 3T/4T. Not sure how this will ever fit a 1 or 2 year old true to size.
