I heard about this product from physical therapists Bob and Brad on YouTube. At first I didn't think this product would work, but it does. I've never had such severe foot pain from plantar fasciitis, but after wearing it every day while sitting at my desk, working, watching TV, reading, etc., I noticed a huge difference. Although I don't wear it at night when I'm sleeping, I apply it a few minutes before getting up in the morning and it makes a huge difference. It's much more comfortable than the splint my podiatrist gave me. It's also machine washable and the plastic insert on the fingers can be removed if uncomfortable. Excellent goods. I can buy another one.
