Terrible quality! for artificial snow

Was hoping to replace the artificial snow in my Christmas village - this product is almost as thin as a paper towel! No fluff - 2 pieces are indicated in the package. With difficulty I found one - and then ----- THIS piece fell away for the second! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
