Review on 🌬️ Friedrich Chill Premier 8000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner with WiFi, White by Robin Williams

I have tried several Home Depot/Lowes air conditioners over the years and the quality has been terrible. to try something else that would last. I had this device for about a month and it worked very well. As others have said, it's not the quietest device, but it's not the loudest either. Mainly fan noise, I hardly notice it when switching the compressor on and off. Other units I've had (LG, Frigidaire) have always had a horrible rattling or ringing noise, especially on wet days (I think it's an external fan banging water into the condenser cooling pan). This block reduces that sound to an absolute minimum. Above all, it cools very well. Instantly pushes out cool air and quickly cools the room and does not weaken. I like that the display can be turned off at night so it doesn't create ambient light in the room. The remote works fine but doesn't stay 'paired' with the device ie if you set the temperature on the device display to 66 the remote doesn't know how to set itself. So if the last temperature you set on the remote was 70, when you press on the remote the unit will go to 71 instead of 67. I hope this makes sense (it's a minor inconvenience). I had no trouble setting up the Wi-Fi feature. The application is convenient and easy to use. I'm sure this device will last a long time. I'm tired of constantly buying new devices. It looks like a quality product that will be updated with this device after some time.
